It is interesting how the very things which can heal you, can also kill you in certain amounts. Even the most natural things, beans for instance, can turn and become so violently toxic they will literally be the death of you. And don’t me started on those postmortem gases.
Right then, let’s go a bit more into this. Some people are really pushing their healthy-healthy agenda down our throats. Is it just propoganda, or is there actual truth behind the trends? And even those things which are not trends – are they here to stay? Are they really as important as some people make them out to be? Where do you stop listening to others, and listen to yourself and your body?
These are all important questions, plus they are all-important questions. See what I did there? See how a dash can make a difference? Grammar matters, people! But anyway, where was I? Oh yes, the healthy way of life. Ideally, we should all be using our food as our medicine.
A big part of being and staying healthy is not getting sick to begin with. Easier said than done, I suppose. But the thing is this: there are many ways of eating healthy, and it is all about moderation and regular checkups. Keep yourself accountable, bite the friggin bullet, and do what is right by you, even if you are not in the mood. And this is a tough thing to accomplish, so make sure to bring another person in on this, to keep your head in the game, and your eyes on the prize.
If there are ways of losing weight and gaining strength from just a small change, then you can bet it is all about something small which facilitates bigger and more significant changes. It is usually impossible to bounce back with nothing but a small change. Actually, one of the exceptions to this rule is some kind of vitamin or mineral deficiency. This is one of those cases where a dietary supplement can seriously make a change in a person, inside and out.
